A group of city and business leaders that has been studying the future of the Ocean City Boardwalk will issue its recommendations at a community meeting Friday evening.
Voters focused on Jay Gillian’s 16 years running Ocean City as its mayor and not on his personal financial difficulties, easily reelecting him Tuesday to a fifth term as chief executive of “America’s Greatest Family Resort.”
