A former Pleasantville business administrator must repay nearly $84,000 in accumulated sick leave paid in violation of state law, according to a ruling by the Atlantic County Superior Court’s Chancery
In November, the Office of the State Comptroller published a report stating that the city improperly paid outgoing Business Administrator Linda Peyton $83,986 for accumulated sick leave she was not legally entitled to receive.
