CLEVELAND, Ohio – The idea for Pav’s Creamery to branch out into the coffee business didn’t start over a scoop of ice cream or a cup of java but on the pickleball court.
The idea percolated for more than a year, Pav’s Creamery owner Nik Pappas said.
