Early on Tuesday Morning, President Trump shared a screenshot of a text he received from NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte after announcing he had spoken with him and plans to meet with him at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.  Trump also shared screenshots of texts French President Emanuel Macron sent, pandering and offering Trump a meeting and dinner in Paris on Thursday.
