Since Dec. 1, Circle customers have filed 36 consumer complaints with the Massachusetts attorney general’s office, many of them wanting refunds.
By now, it seems apparent no deliveries are likely while Circle’s stores in Cambridge and seven other locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire remain closed, and the company apparently has ceased communication with customers.
