Rhode Island Attorney General’s Peter F. Neronha’s Office has cleared a Pawtucket police officer who shot and wounded a man wielding a replica rifle in June.
A Pawtucket police officer was cleared of wrongdoing after shooting a man who was holding a plastic rifle.
The man, Sebastian Yidana, was shot once after he pointed the replica firearm at the officer.
