Rafael Cuellar bought the supermarket, his second in Passaic, 20 years ago. The sale is expected to close this month.

The Passaic ShopRite on Paulison Avenue is changing hands after 20 years, with Mahwah-based Inserra Supermarkets Inc. purchasing the store from its longtime local owner, Rafael Cuellar.
