Irving police arrested 19-year-old Makarious Jevonne Bates for secretly filming women in restrooms and dressing rooms on North MacArthur Boulevard.
A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of invasive visual recording after allegedly photographing and filming women inside business restrooms and dressing rooms, police said Thursday.
