Around 2:20 a.m. April 25, a man was found sleeping behind the wheel of his vehicle in the Rally’s drive-thru.
The South Euclid man, 46, was awoken and failed sobriety tests, leading to his arrest for OVI.
Around 2:30 a.m. the next day, officers were called to the business for a report of a driver asleep at the wheel in the drive-thru, but they found two people sleeping in their vehicles.
