Following a lawsuit verdict, Live Nation will have to lose its monopoly power. The Tennessee Attorney General said a meaningful remedy will restore competition in the ticketing and venue business.
A New York jury recently found that entertainment conglomerate Live Nation and its subsidiary, Ticketmaster, operated an illegal and anti-competitive monopoly, the latest action in the trial that started March 2.
