The owner of Pop-Up Chicken Shop told the Journal Star he hopes to be serving alcohol by early April and expects business to be “booming.”
A Peoria restaurant, Pop-Up Chicken Shop, has been granted a city liquor license after nearly two years of operating without one.
The owner, Aaron Francis, expects the license to significantly increase business, particularly for dinner service.
