Restaurateur Chad Hughes, part of Tsunami Sushi’s ownership group, has filed a legal case against his business partners accusing them of conspiring to terminate his interest in the business. The case was filed about 15 months ago and has yet to be concluded.
The ownership group behind Tsunami Sushi restaurants — Chad Hughes, Connie Hargrave and Sarwat Gad — filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection earlier this week while facing a series of legal disputes involving the business and its partners.
