The long-vacant space at 62 Northwest Highway will see a new business move in, village officials said.
On local neighborhood Facebook groups, many have been rooting for a coffee shop, with some keeping their fingers crossed the village would get a Dutch Bros Coffee, 7 Brew or Scooters.
