The Mitchellville City Council has been unable to conduct business for more than a month while three seats were vacant.
Morgan Lunn, Steve Zook and Dean Brand will serve on the Mitchellville City Council following the Tuesday, Feb. 17 special election, according to unofficial results from the Polk County Auditor.
