The 4Cs has been in existence for over 50 years and includes over 100 voluntary members representing the natural resource management state and federal agencies, the Congressional Delegation, county and city governments, business organizations, environmental groups, professional consultants, the University of Idaho, the CDA Tribe and private citizens.
