On Wednesday, the Lake Charles City Council voted 7-0 in favor of allowing construction of a new restaurant with a 10 feet landscape buffer along both street frontages, instead of the required 15 feet in a Business Zoning District at the northwest corner of W. Prien Lake Road and Contraband Parkway.
