Utah business join national anti-ICE protest

One Salt Lake City bookstore will be closed Friday, but will reopen in the evening so people can gather to write letters or make safety kits. Another will stay open and donate a portion of its sales to a west-side school.

Utahns will have fewer places to eat, drink and shop for much of Friday, as some small businesses close their doors to protest the Trump Administration’s crackdown on immigrants in Minnesota.
