The founder of a popular Asheville brewery shares why closing one taproom is good for the business.
ASHEVILLE – Wedge Brewing Company’s downtown taproom has closed as part of a strategic move to strengthen the Asheville brewery.
Jan. 16 was Wedge Brewing’s last day serving patrons at the Grove Arcade, 1 Page Ave. It opened in March 2022.
