The warehouse store chain is building a new Costco Business Center in the East Valley that’s expected to open later this year.
The warehouse store chain is planning to build a roughly 140,000-square-foot building, along with the gas station, on about 18 acres at Alma School and Pecos roads.
The lot has been vacant since it was annexed by the city in the 1980s.
