‘Candy boys are here’: New ordinance cracks down on kids selling candy outside stores

The revised Oshtemo Township ordinance now requires anyone selling goods outside a commercial business that is open to the public to be part of a registered charitable organization or a licensed peddler, closing a loophole that allowed unsupervised youth sales.
