Twenty-three years after Love’s Travel Stop planted its flag in Aurora, the Oklahoma-based company has completed a $3 million renovation/expansion at its I-80 facilities.Company officials announced Friday that the Aurora location was open for business at the new-look facility, six months after closing the main building and setting up transitional operations based out of a trailer. The Arby’s restaurant connected on the south side of Love’s remained opened throughout the construction process.
