The communities of Hampton County and the surrounding South Carolina Lowcountry are mourning the passing of a longtime dentist and award-winning business leader.
Dr. Francis Asbury Mills, a beloved Hampton County dentist for 54 years, has passed away at age 79.
He was recently named the Hampton County Chamber of Commerce’s 2024 Person of the Year.
