Town Centre I shopping center is East Peoria has been vacant since 2021. It’s now been demolished and replaced with a new business.
A Chase Bank branch is being built at the site of the long-vacant Town Centre I in East Peoria.
The new bank is expected to open by mid-2026 and will create new jobs in the community.
