Russian investigators said they were looking into whether Ukrainian intelligence were behind the killing of a senior general by a car bomb in Moscow.
Dec. 22 (UPI) — A senior Russian general in charge of training was killed by car bomb outside his home Monday morning in the Moscow suburbs. Authorities said the attack may have been carried out by Ukrainian intelligence.
