ANZ hit with second “strike” as shareholders dissent 2025 pay report

Australian lender ANZ Group said on Thursday a significant minority of shareholders voted against the adoption of the executive remuneration report at its annual general meeting for 2025.

Shareholders voted 32.36% against the report, according to proxy votes published by the bank, far higher than the 25% required to defeat the resolution.
