On Oct. 2, officers were dispatched to a business for a complaint of two juveniles dumpster diving and possessing smoking devices. The parents/guardians were contacted and they were taken home. They face misdemeanor charges of criminal damaging, criminal trespass, drug paraphernalia and unruly juvenile.
