A Republican-led House subcommittee heard testimony on the alleged election fraud case that was dismissed by a judge last week.
An attorney for one of the defendants in the now-dismissed “false electors” case claims Democratic Attorney General Dana Nessel brought the charges in an attempt to interfere in the 2024 election.
