Wolf-dog case flops in Roanoke General District Court

Thomas Blanding was charged with four misdemeanors, after a June incident in which four wolf hybrids escaped Blanding’s property in Deyerle and stalked and killed a deer in front of witnesses. But a judge found the commonwealth hadn’t proved Blanding is the dogs’ owner.
